I was greeted so kindly and offered a drink from their beverage menu and browsed their great products while waiting. (I was early). Sarah took me back to her chair and patiently listened while I explained how I hadn’t been reaching my hair goals with previous stylists. I explained and showed her photos of what I was hoping for. She quoted me on cost of everything before she started, which I appreciated so much. It’s something I hadn’t experienced many other places I’ve gone to in the past.
