Even though I have short hair I can go 6 weeks between cuts without it looking like it needs cut. “My first time going to Avenson - Kala was the stylist. The salon is a very welcoming atmosphere, relaxing, clean, and comfortable.I texted to see if any availability today and heard back quickly from the owner who was able to schedule me with Kala same day. ?Kala was super awesome! She explained everything about the process, reasons behind why she'd recommend one thing vs another. Listened to what brought me in, what kind of style I was thinking about and gave me very helpful tips if I go that route at any point, discussed the products she uses and why. She was very kind, upbeat, personable, and quite knowledgeable. She didn't pressure or push products, just all very informative and helpful!The rate includes a wash, haircut, style, and blow dry. You can get a complimentary drink as well. It was a very reasonable rate for all of that included! Kala did a great haircut, thinned my hair out without going too far, and styled it by bringing out natural curls in my hair that I've never seen look so well done!??Hands down definitely recommend this salon and Kala!
