A lot of times, I get hairstylists who just chop off my hair in one swoop, way more than I wanted; but not Gwen! She made sure to cut a little off and ask if I wanted it shorter or to stay, and continued to consult with me throughout the appointment. I really appreciated how caring she was. My hair also looks so much better, and I can't wait to show it off on my girls trip this weekend!“
