Lucy was a precious find on my way through Spirit Lake. The locals are lucky to have her! She’s the perfect blend of physical and emotional healing. I especially loved her cranial sacral touch. I stayed an extra day so I could experience her expertise twice before leaving town. ❤️

I had an appointment with Heather. She was kind,nice, and she gave me good advice on how to take care of my back. It was a calming experience. She had to go to the restroom once but that was okay because I needed to relax on the bed. It's a nice experience overall and it made my back much better!
