Jimy is amazing to work with! Goes above and beyond for all of his customers to get them exactly what they need and want… We purchased a house in Spencer, a year later Jimy was informed of a flood insurance they offer in Spencer so he made sure to call and tell us about it just in case we wanted to get it for the house we purchased! I liked the vibes. The atmosphere was welcoming but not overwhelming. My stylist was knowledgeable and when she was met with a challenge, because my hair can be challenging, she took time to try different solutions. It made more work for her but you would have never guessed it because she kept methodically working until the issue was resolved. Amazing service. We are from out of town enjoying the lakes area for vacation and our dog ended up needing emergency surgery. They communicated every step of the way, and treated us like we were clients for years. Our pup is well on the road to recovery and I can’t thank them enough for their care.

Received a massage as a gift from a friend and I used the online booking portal which doesn't show any times/days available for some reason. However, in August, I was able to find a day a few months out in December so I booked it. Thought it would be perfect prior to the holidays with the stress that it can cause. Since I booked out so far from actual appointment date, a few days prior, I texted the number provided for Deena to confirm my appointment and she responded back right away.The actual appointment/massage was amazing; I hadn't had a massage in well over a decade, but Deena explained everything, asked relevant questions pertaining to my likes/dislikes, and did a great job interpreting that onto my body with the massage. Although I don't have much to go on regarding past experiences, it's clear that Deena is excellent at what she does. I felt so comfortable with her the whole time as well. She made me feel amazing, and I definitely won't wait another decade again, and my next massage will be with Deena.Next time, the only thing I'd change is how I schedule; instead of using the online booking portal, I'll reach out via text or phone call, only because I'm not sure how accurate the site is regarding availability.Bottom line, Deena is an excellent masseuse and gives a stellar massage.
My dog Buster was diagnosed by the city vets as needing knee surgery and hip replacement... Buster couldn't hardly walk or go up or down steps... Dr. Reppert looked at bus and pronounced a severely strained ligament and even taught me the treatment needed. Buster shakes with fear at any vets office, except Doc Repperts. It took a month of 30 second treatments but buster is going up and down stairs and chasing rabbits again, I feel like it was a miracle but it wasn't, this guy knows animals, and my dog trusts him. So if your dog is diagnosed with " hip dysplasia " please don't do surgery or put your pet too rest till you go see this doctor, he's going to be the only Dr. I ever go to again. I was about to pay $7,000.00 to Iowa State for surgery, but I got my buddy back for a fraction of that. Thank you Doc !!!! Bruce Hodgins & Buster.

I had my nails done around 3 weeks ago and not one have fallen off! (I got a full set of acrylics) In my 8 years I've never been so happy with my nails. I 100% recommend this place. Friendly environment and very very good people! Will be back again:)
