This is my preferred VA facility. I've had no issues any time I've gone to them. Scheduling is always a breeze, and I never have any unreasonable wait times. The staff is always great to work with and they listen to my concerns and provide solutions. Referrals have also been approved without issue as well. My care team always responds as soon as possible whether I call them or message on the VA app. I highly recommend this clinic to any eligible vets nearby.

My 90 year old mother had been affected by the recent flooding. We were replacing all of the cloth items, and the chairs for her dinette set needed to be recovered. Looking for replacement material, we chanced a visit to Lisa's store. Looking through reminates, our mothers story was revealed. Lisa wouldn't take a dime and wished the best for her. Jose Barragan just finished painting the entire inside of our recently purchased condo in Spiirit Lake, and we couldn't be happier with the results. He removed some wall paper and did some minor wall repairs also. For painting needs in the future, I'll be calling him.
Cassidy took a wall out in our home, as well as installed multiple headers. We had so many jaw dropping experiences when we saw not only how hard Cassidy worked, but also how amazing the final result was of the renovation project. Cassidy was phenomenal in our renovation experience. There were even times that Cassidy was working into the late hours of the night to get projects done. He also had a professional crew that worked hard to accomplish the project. However, when there were scheduling issues within his crew, Cassidy took the extra work load on himself to make sure the project continued on the planned timeline. I liked the vibes. The atmosphere was welcoming but not overwhelming. My stylist was knowledgeable and when she was met with a challenge, because my hair can be challenging, she took time to try different solutions. It made more work for her but you would have never guessed it because she kept methodically working until the issue was resolved. Paige did an amazing job and I believe this is the start of a great relationship! IBE is an art and I found an artist! Ty Paige

We have lived in house house since 1999. Brett is the ONLY plumber we have used. Being an old farm house we have had multiple issues that have come up with the plumbing. Brett has taken care of every problem. Excellent work and always stays in contact about the jobs. He very recently did work on a 2nd house we bought as a rental. Again, very satisfied.
Came out on a Sunday and fixed my frozen pipes within less than an hour. Cut an access hole so I could insulate the problem area. Used thermal imaging to quickly identify the problem area.

Rachel is an excellent massage therapist! She was able to quickly pinpoint the source of my very painful lower back pain and then was able to work out the trigger points. My pain was completely gone the morning after I saw her.
