Received a massage as a gift from a friend and I used the online booking portal which doesn't show any times/days available for some reason. However, in August, I was able to find a day a few months out in December so I booked it. Thought it would be perfect prior to the holidays with the stress that it can cause. Since I booked out so far from actual appointment date, a few days prior, I texted the number provided for Deena to confirm my appointment and she responded back right away.The actual appointment/massage was amazing; I hadn't had a massage in well over a decade, but Deena explained everything, asked relevant questions pertaining to my likes/dislikes, and did a great job interpreting that onto my body with the massage. Although I don't have much to go on regarding past experiences, it's clear that Deena is excellent at what she does. I felt so comfortable with her the whole time as well. She made me feel amazing, and I definitely won't wait another decade again, and my next massage will be with Deena.Next time, the only thing I'd change is how I schedule; instead of using the online booking portal, I'll reach out via text or phone call, only because I'm not sure how accurate the site is regarding availability.Bottom line, Deena is an excellent masseuse and gives a stellar massage.

I was given a mom to be gift card for Okoboji Massage. The online portal was not working & I have attempted to reach out via phone, text & email with zero response. The friend that gave such a thought gift also tried reaching out with no response . Lack of communication is why I gave 1 star. If services are not obtainable I would find it feasible the gift certificate would be reimbursed at the least.For a gift that was given with relaxation in mind, it has been far from.

Deena is very friendly and amazing at making you comfortable throughout the whole massage. Whether you go for relaxation or pain relief she gets the job done well! Love every minute of it. 🤗
