From start to finish we’ve been super happy with our choice of buying a hot tub. Maddy is super knowledgeable and her customer service is unmatched. Delivery was seamless and Cory carried the customer service forward with an install in it’s perfect spot - BUT then called on video to make sure it was where we wanted it, gave a quick class, closed with suggestions on how to make everything last longer, and suggestions on tricks and tips that have made his spa work efficiently and last!
