As an RN, working for Universal Pediatrics for nearly 3 years, I love and enjoy being an employee for such an amazing organization. I can only speak from my personal experience, but the organization has made me become a better nurse. Universal Pediatrics has the tools and support I need to provide high-qualify care for kids in need of such, and if I was in doubt or needed answers, I can always depend on my supervisor to provide them. I have worked with Universal Pediatrics for almost 8 years. I have always felt like i was able to communicate with my supervisors and with other staff very easily. I love that kids are the focus and making sure that kids with special needs are able to remain safe within their homes and with their families. Great company to work for!

I worked at Universal Pediatrics as a home health aide for 2 years and a nurse for 10 years. The ability to work one on one with the client is amazing. I love being able to watch my client grow up and watch all of the accomplishments that are made. The support I get from the supervisor is top notch.
