We had a lift chair that quit working. It was on a Saturday and my dad had a bad knee so we needed that chair. They got us the chords and explained to me how to unplug them and we were back using the chair quickly. These guys have amazing service and knowledge of their equipment.
We had a stair lift installed by technician Jason Frederick, I did call and talk to him, he asked for pictures and measurements of the lift. He came and cut the lift to fit the stairs and did get it installed. He explained how to use it showed our daughter how to safely get on and off of it. We are so happy with the installation and the time he took to explain how it is used. So glad with American Home Health Care!!
