While the care I receive from the nurses and doctors is great, it is always a huge struggle every month to get my prescription refilled. This prescription must be approved every month by my doctor before I can get it filled. From switching systems to my care provider working part time it is never an easy process like it should be.

Provider experience is great but if you're calling for Behavioral you will typically find no answers. Multiple calls different times of the same day and each result was ringing with no end not even a voicemail. Now add a couple weeks of that. Difficult to put in a simple prescription Im required to call and get refilled monthly.

Drowning in support and people who genuinely care about your well being. Especially for the people struggling with multiple complex and/or chronic conditions/diseases, it's a one stop shop for everything and a pleasant environment to be in during your visit.
