Had to have stitches a week ago on a Sunday evening. Got in and out in about 15 minutes. Everyone was super nice. SO glad that I didn't have to go to the ER to get my hand stitched up.

I had a terrible experience at Urgent Care recently, where a provider was very demeaning to my daughter and me because they were “busy and had a waiting room full of people.”
The Urgent Care Manager called me up to apologize and helped talk me through my concerns. She was pleasant, professional and took care of the issue. I may not be happy with the providers, but the UC Manager and fellow employees have been wonderful.
