Siouxland Community Health Center is an organization that cares about its employees, making them excited about their future. The health center has teams, such as Team Payne, that care about their patients' health and take the time to discuss any issues. The receptionist and pharmacy workers are friendly and welcoming, making patients feel at ease. However, the dental office has received criticism for its treatment of patients and denial of care. Additionally, some patients have experienced difficulties with prescription refills due to system changes and provider schedules. Despite some challenges, the center's nurses and doctors provide great care.
Siouxland community health is honest the one stop shop for everything from primary care to OBGYN to dental to pharmacy on site I would recommend Dena Neiman for OBGYN and David Tillman as primary care. They listen and genuinely care about your health and making the environment comfortable
I've been coming here since I moved to Sioux City in 2014. I initially came here because my insurance for my new job hadn't started yet and no one else would see me that I could afford. I now have really good insurance and I have no intention of ever leaving. This is the best care I've ever received. Chris Jacobs is incredible. I have always been treated with respect and most importantly, I have always been listened to. I have NEVER seen anyone treated poorly because of their race, religion, or ability to afford care. Hands down the best in Siouxland.
My children have been coming here to the dentist for years. Zero complaints other than they need more parking out front. We accidentally came a day early for our dental appointment for our sons. I was panicking as we live an hour away, and taking off school in general is stressful now days. Both the front desk gals and the hygienist worked together to get us squeezed in. I can't recommend these guys enough. We truly appreciate the kindness!!
