“I contacted Sean Crane, and one other provider to review my need for a new driveway. Both companies put in a bid and Sean’s was significantly lower. I committed with Sean and his company to put in my driveway and also replace 7 squares in my sidewalk. Sean was easy to talk to and I completely trusted him from the moment I met him. Sean and his staff were very professional but also easy to talk with. Sean was the first to arrive to my house on the first afternoon of project. And he started the demolition of the old driveway. When I arrived home that afternoon, Sean had already cut out the square of the first driveway that had my kids initials and handprints from when the previous driveway had been laid. I had not even thought of that but Sean thought it might be important to me,, which it was. Very sweet of him to think of that. By the end of the second day, Sean and his crew had completed the demolition and also laid the new concrete. The final product was absolutely beautiful. It will definitely help with curb appeal when I get ready to sell my house “way down the road”.
Sean’s crew came on third day to finish the loose ends of clean up. They left the yard in great shape. I could tell that Sean and his crew too great pride in their work. The quality was amazing.
I would definitely recommend STC Construction to anyone needing a driveway or sidewalk sections replaced. In fact because of the quality of the work, two of my neighbors wanted Sean’s name and number for their own projects.“

“We had new gutters (subbed through our contractor-not sure who installed them)installed after a tornado. Less than 3 years later, they were leaking badly. We called Kalona Gutters and they put new gutters and gutter guards on. They did great during the rain this week. Kalona Gutters offers a lifetime warranty which is very nice. They are a locally owned company, which is a bonus. Highly recommend!“
