“Cutter construction removed and replaced our driveway which included leveling it out more. They also replaced our culvert which had collapsed. They were willing to spend a lot of time talking out the details and coming up with a plan. During construction, they communicated well and did a great job. They were very professional. They were flexible when items appeared (like in all construction projects) and helped work through them. They really pay attention to the details in their work. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.“
“Great place for a bigger group! Reserving the suites online in advance was super easy. We had 10 of us, so decided to go with two suites for 2.5 hours and play best ball. We didn't quite get through 18 holes, but could have if we pushed it a little. The suites are big with a large counter in the back, large high top counter/table to sit at, own fridge, and own bathroom. We brought food and drink which really cut down on the expenses for the evening. In total it was about $27 per person to golf. I'd recommend watching the video they provide before you go because the cell service in the suites is not very good. We happened to see an employee and he helped us set everything up. Each two suites is separated by a garage door, so bigger groups can have more people golf and more space. Easily could have had 15-20 people (all not golfing) comfortably and still play quite a few holes. I've never been to a golf simulator, so I have nothing to compare this to. However, we all agreed we'd definitely do it again and it was worth the money! The suites are very nice and clean. Just make sure you pick up and leave it as you found it!“
“Shawn Bodensteiner was amazing to work with. We were moving back to Iowa and wanted to buy a new home. The Market was crazy and we had to buy basically unseen (Our realtor showed us on his phone). The selections were made for the house. When we finally saw it we were pleasantly surprised! “I was having a difficult time rounding up contractors to repair my severly damaged home following the August 10, 2020 Derecho. When Chavis Nissly, general manager of King Construcion, left his business card at my house. He arranged to remove the large tree from my roof, replaced the sheet rock from the ceilings and walls in the livingroom, hall, bedroom, and family room. Flooring in the livingroom and family room was also replaced. Furthermore, one of the best things he did was deal with my insurance adjuster. The adjuster and I didn't speak the same language, but Chavis did. I look forward to working with King Construction inii the spring when they replace the siding on the whole house.
