What impressed me most about the work we did with Joel is how he approached it from the beginning. We sat down and talked about the business overall, our strategies, and our pain points to determine what focus areas made the most sense for our organization. Then he helped us develop a customized multi-year plan to help build the skills of our leaders. We are continuing to utilize this structure for our first level leaders as well so we have common knowledge and practices that are consistent across the organization.
Joel is both an outstanding presenter and one on one coach. As a presenter, he is able to reach a variety of attendees. His message is clear and easily put into action! Our team looks forward to having him here to facilitate both large and small group trainings.
