Steve was awesome!! Fixed an issue that another plumbing company just gave up on! Very thankful for the no bs and quick fix! Have used in the past as well and just always awesome, thanks again Steve!

We had a small issue with a shower drain, etc...and I knew I couldn't just keep putting it off...I called Van Haaften during one of the hottest weeks of the summer, not with an AC issue but a plumbing one, thinking it'd be quite a wait to address the problem, understandably. Tim was at my home less than 48 hours of my initial call. He was a great listener in understanding the issue and then took his time to address everything on my 'list' of worries. He is a professional and all-around wonderfully kind man and I am so grateful. Big or small worries---give them a call. What a blessing! Thank you, Tim and VH folks!!! Thank you!!!!

They were extremely efficient and friendly when they were here installing. I was given guidance when I was deciding what unit to get. They gave me a nice range of choices and didn't push me to make a quick decision.
