Mia is my girl! I love how she greets me by name, and always makes sure I am pleased with the results. She has been doing my nails for years and I trust her with my nails and any special designs she wants to try out for me!
This was my 2nd time there and I think they do a great job. They have nice message chairs, and massage your lower legs and arms when you get a pedicure and manicure. They’re friendly there as well. I recommend Pella Nails.
The experience started off okay. The nail tech was friendly at first and offered me a drink. However, I had one nail (that is very sensitive) that still had polish on it. Instead of soaking it, like every salon I've ever been to, he proceeded to RIP the polish off of my nail. When I expressed that it was very painful, he dismissed it. From there I was shaking and nervous. I'm conflicted because my nails ended up being absolutely beautiful but I have since noticed cuts on my cuticles and rough edges to my tips. To top it all off, everything was very rushed due to a bigger party coming in after me. After this experience, I'm not sure I'll be coming back here.
