The experience started off okay. The nail tech was friendly at first and offered me a drink. However, I had one nail (that is very sensitive) that still had polish on it. Instead of soaking it, like every salon I've ever been to, he proceeded to RIP the polish off of my nail. When I expressed that it was very painful, he dismissed it. From there I was shaking and nervous. I'm conflicted because my nails ended up being absolutely beautiful but I have since noticed cuts on my cuticles and rough edges to my tips. To top it all off, everything was very rushed due to a bigger party coming in after me. After this experience, I'm not sure I'll be coming back here.

Took 3 granddaughters in for manicures and grandson for pedicure. Excellent service, passionate in their work, kind and very reasonable in price. I would definitely take the grandkids there again. Highly recommend.

I read these reviews and the kept saying he was yelling.... no viet sounds aggressive because it's an aggressive language... they have always been polite to me.. I would never get my eyebrows done there thoughService: Manicure
