Had to drop and hook so that’s always pretty smooth. But the lot was not plowed or treated so I did have a hard time backing under a loaded trailer. Other than that it’s a good place to pickup

Wow! Fantastic modern window and door manufacturering facility! Complete with robotics! One of the cleanest and most organized plants I have ever toured. In 1925, Pete and Lucille Kuyper purchased the Rolscreen Company, a small business that made window screens that rolled up like a shade. The Kuypers moved the company to their hometown of Pella, Iowa, where they had a lumber business. The company eventually became Pella Corporation, one of the largest window manufacturers in the United States.

We purchased a new home with all Pella windows and doors. Not surprisingly, a few windows needed adjustments and after a month wait for service, most of them are now working correctly. We have a sliding door that is not operating correctly and the Pella repair person really had no answers and said someone else would need to take a look at it. Given the extent of the problem and time we had already waited, very disappointing to not get it solved. The cost of Pella products really does make a person expect better service and quality.
