“What can I say?? We had our ac unit go down 2 weeks ago. Both wife and I are on disability. We finally were able to have someone come out and look at it before the 3 plus days of high 90' and humidity. Well, Tom himself shows up. Thinks he knows exactly what the problem is. Replaces a part and boom!! We have air conditioning again. Did i forget to mention my wife is recovering from a concussion she got 2 weeks ago as well. As far as the bill for a Saturday night I will say this.....he was very very fair with it. If you don't choose this hvac company for your repairs or replacement issue you choosing wrong. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”
