New(ish) homeowner that knows nothing about owning a home here.
This amazing father son team came and inspected my furnace, AC unit and water heater.
They also TAUGHT me stuff!!!!! Like how to take care of my outdoor AC unit. What things are and how they work. How to lower my electric bill (*glares angrily at alliant energy*) and what size air filter i should actually be buying, oh, and how to keep bats and birds out of my house.

Not only am I relieved that everything is functioning well, im also empowered to be a better home owner.
