We had an issue with our washer and a small issue with our dryer as well. Luke came to our home the day after we called. We appreciated this so much. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem with the washer and dryer so quickly and promptly fixed them. While he was there, he asked if we had any questions about our appliances and took me through some of the features of the appliances and also answered my questions. We had one thing come up after he left, and he texted us back and answered the question right away. The appliances are now working well. Everyone at Joes is helpful and great to work with. Sheila was especially helpful to me as I was picking out appliances while working through kitchen layout decisions as part of a new build. I love all of my appliances from Joes but the dishwasher is 🧑🍳 💋 perfection. Sheila recommended it, and I am so glad I followed her advice. I am also a huge Speed Queen fan thanks to Joes!
