We had an issue with our washer and a small issue with our dryer as well. Luke came to our home the day after we called. We appreciated this so much. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem with the washer and dryer so quickly and promptly fixed them. While he was there, he asked if we had any questions about our appliances and took me through some of the features of the appliances and also answered my questions. We had one thing come up after he left, and he texted us back and answered the question right away. The appliances are now working well. We really appreciated Luke and his prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service. I would definitely recommend his service to others and this experience made me want to buy future appliances from Joe's. Thank you so much Luke!

I have called in on more than one occassion and had them not only leave me the lumber i need outside for after hours picup, but also cut it down for me. all with only 10 min left on the clock for them on a saturday afternoon! they deserve the full 5 stars!
