We had one of our AC units go out. I called them and they had one of their mobile Rv techs (Treyton) come out and diagnose the problem the same day. It turned out my old unit was no good. 2 hours later, he had the new unit installed and operating. What great service!! Treyton was great at his job and knew exactly what was needed to get the job done. 5 stars all the way!
I bought a camper from Zomers and I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service or with the owners themselves. Jim Zomer and his wife delivered the camper to Yankton and took 4 hrs out of there day to set it up and explain how to operate everything on the camper. Ryan the son worked with me with some of the financing and made sure I was 100% satisfied with everything. I will never buy another camper than from Zomers RV sales. In my opinion they are absolutely the best around!
To date, we have had great service. We had a new roof put on that wasn't quite right, so brought it back up, and they are making it right. We look forward to years of great service.
