The customer service is amazing, friendly and professional. Each time I have called I have received great service. The shop is amazing. If you have not visited the new Floral Market shop yet, you have to take a few minutes to stop in and enjoy the amazing treats and look over all they have beyond just flowers. I call them with an idea but went there and we came up with a better idea my woman was the talk of the Treasury office after receiving the very large bouquet of different types of assortments of flowers
I sent flowers to my grandma for her birthday, had a complete mind blank and scheduled the delivery for the wrong day. I contacted their customer service and right away they said not a problem they will have them delivered on the correct day at no additional cost. Highly recommend! The arrangement turned out beautifully!!
