I waited well past my appointment time while they just chatted, and ordering contacts was insanely difficult. They struggled to spell basic words in my address, and could not help me understand my insurance benefits. I do want to keep being seen here, but they have some serious work to do on the receptionists' professionalism“

“This location is amazing. They listen to you, address your concerns, and get you what you’re looking for. Glasses I’ve ordered have been great, contact fitting has been perfect, and eye exams are spot on. The team here has done a wonderful job for me and have hurdled every obstacle I thought I’ve had. Not sure if insurance qualifies? Call them. Not sure if they’ll have the right lenses, or contacts? Call them. They have all the answers, and occasionally a good joke or wit to put a smile on your face.“

“Located inside Costco, this optometrist is a great place to get your eyes checked. Non-costco members are always welcome just tell them at the door! I paid $113 dollars WITHOUT insurance (and including contact lens fitting fee), which was slightly pricier than what I paid at other Costco optometrists in Southern California. Dr. Gannon was very kind and a very informative person to speak to. I highly recommend this place!“
