The doctors here are fantastic, and the facility is clean and welcoming. The receptionists are seriously unprofessional. I waited well past my appointment time while they just chatted, and ordering contacts was insanely difficult. They struggled to spell basic words in my address, and could not help me understand my insurance benefits. I do want to keep being seen here, but they have some serious work to do on the receptionists' professionalism
I was seen at the appointed time. My concerns were addressed and received trial contacts with the assurance if these don’t work, Dr. Brown would work to trial more - as many as needed to get a comfortable pair. Kudos & Thank You for the great experience!
