“UPDATE: We heard back from Five Star the next day and Frank & Jose came out within the week. They were very nice, answered all of my questions, were thorough with their work and took care of everything. I've update my review to 4 stars because of the experience with them.

Im giving a one star review at this point because after our roof replacement, we've had warping and shingles falling off all over our roof (mainly below windows and gutters) - within 3 years of installation. My husband reached out on August 29th and since then has had multiple phone calls, text messages with a representative stating that someone would be out soon, or that he was coordinating with someone to come out. I sit here on September 27th and no one has been back to my home. I can't fairly and honestly say that I'd recommend them.“
