Spoke with the oncall person last night while trying to help an elderly gentleman. He was very kind and patient and followed up today to make sure everything was ok. Appreciate the awesome customer service.
In February, I called Kapaun and Brown on a Sunday day night and they returned call/came over promptly 8:30 Monday morning. Utility company had shut heat off Saturday due to improperly working. Not only did they install a new Lennox furnace, but Denny brought over two space heaters, as the nights were still cold! By Wednesday, new furnace was installed.
These men were professional, friendly and furnace very reasonably priced! If you have furnace needs, I heartily recommend them!
