We had a mini split heat pump installed this winter. Had some issues with it at first, partly related to our learning how to use it. This weekend we realized it wasn't cooling. Each time we have called the person answering the phone has been polite and helpul. They have been very responsive. Each person who came out was extremely professional, nice, considerate, listened to us explain the problem, and even better than that...they fixed it!Thanks, Zach for helping us today!

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. My furnace went out over the coldest part of winter, and not ONLY were they stocked with the exact element I needed, they didn't even get angry when I had to go BACK for a second one due to breaking the first! I would never look anywhere else for my HVAC needs. AND the woman in the office/reception area was so nice, I would give her her own 10 stars if I could!

Wow, my wife and I are so pleased with the excellent work that was done with the install of our new Lennox furnace and air conditioner. To have both installed in less than 2 days and with the highest of craftsmanship. The space where the furnace was installed was left cleaner than what it was prior to install. Again, we are so please with the product, purchase process and the overall craftsmanship! Thank you for taking care of our nearly 100 year old home.Service: Installation
