I saw my internist, and rheumatologist, as well, but Dr Harlan was the first doctor to immediately recognize what was happening to my body. He suspected a rare allergic reaction, prescribed medication to stop it, and referred me to an allergist who confirmed his diagnosis. I am so grateful for his knowledge, quick thinking, and compassion during a very painful process where I had no hope that somebody could help me.
