I have received a few aesthetics procedures including laser hair removal and micro needling. I had wonderful experiences and outstanding customer service from the receptionists to the actual aesthetician. The amount of care from the team went above and beyond what I was expecting. They answered all of my questions in detail and even answered questions when I had any afterwords via text. They sent me home with detailed care instructions and with any samples I needed. They also sent me home with a detailed skin care routine for the future. Everything and everyone was amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in aesthetics.

The attention to details in all areas stands out. The top level professional performance in customer service and clinical care is exceptional. Patient treatment by all employees is consistent and training that has everyone on the same page is obvious.Very well run operation

The staff was polite during and after my appointment. I visited with nurse Angela, it was a pleasant interaction and helped me relax before I was seen. After meeting and being seen by Dr. Durcharme, I am thankful my physician recommended them. I would recommend this office to my family, friends and to everyone.

Dr. Ducharme is a board-certified dermatologist serving Iowans from her new Des Moines-area clinic where she provides a full range of medical, surgical (including Mohs) and aesthetic dermatological services. She is the 2019-20 President of the Iowa Dermatological Society and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Society for Mohs Surgery. Her clinic, Ducharme Dermatology, PC, is credentialed with most insurance networks in Iowa. Dr. Ducharme went to medical school at Columbia University in New York. After her internship year at New York University, she completed her residency training at Texas A&M in Temple, TX. She has practiced in the Des Moines area since 2013.
