Dr. Steinhoff and her nurses are not only professional but very warm and welcoming. Scheduling was simple and I got an appointment within 2 weeks of calling. Dr. Natalie Steinhoff is incredible. She went beyond the 2 moles that I was concerned about and did a full check while making me feel confident that they all looked great. I had 2 removed on my face and hairline. A quick pinch that was painless to numb and then she removed both like the expert she is. I was in and out and quickly. Lobby is clean, well lit, and smells clean without smelling sterile. Amanda and her team are very caring, knowledgeable and patient. They answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to help entertain my son during my appointment. Their office is clean and conveniently located. I'm definitely pleased with the services I received here!
