What an overall positive experience. Called on Monday and new HVAC system was put in on Wednesday. Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. It was so nice to hear laughter while they worked. My job was not an easy one but I never heard a negative word. They payed attention to detail and made sure they left the house as they found it. Job well done! On 04/17/26 I discovered my water heater was leaking. We called Sloan Plumbing and they were able to install a new water heater the same day. We also decided to have our toilet replaced. There were a few hiccups with the install, but the guys that did the work made sure it was done correctly. Awesome small town service!
Our air conditioner stopped working. I called Sloans on Tuesday and they came the same day to check it out and provided a reasonable quote. They installed the new air conditioner on Friday. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I really appreciated how quickly they responded. Thank you!😊
