I called Dan about a disconnected pipe in my kitchen sink. I have never used his company before. I got ahold of him the first time I called. I dodnt have to leave a voicemail. He showed up within 30 minutes of me calling. Fixed the issue that another local plumber said they fix and obviously did not. Owens will be my first and only call for any future heating/cooling and plumbing needs. Thank you, Dan, for making my bad day better with being honest, punctual, kind and caring about your customers new or old.
