This is super late but I went here a few weeks ago and Rachel was awesome. The cut looked great when I got it, but the real magic is when it still looks great even when I don't style it. She was also very understanding of my goal to keep my hair long.
Update (over 1 year later): Rachel is still the best stylist I have ever had!

Alex did my daughter's color. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did the color in December and she didn't need it done again until late February. My daughter felt very comfortable while in the salon and was very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!
