I have been working with Kim since the beginning of the year for Pelvic Floor Therapy related concerns associated with pregnancy. Every single time I have gone to an appointment I have been welcomed by name with a smile by the ladies at the front desk. If I have ever had a scheduling issue, it has been easy to get ahold of somebody to reschedule both via a phone call and through text when needed. My needs for physical therapy are being met with every visit and it is nice to know I’m just a name on a schedule when I go there, which can sometimes happen with larger businesses. Life changing. That’s the best way I can describe Matt Hrvol and the AMAZING Team Iowa.I was having the worst back pain I’ve ever had in my life (I’ve had two previous surgeries) and thought I was heading to another surgery when a friend recommended Matt and Team Iowa to me. I was skeptical that PT alone would be able to fix my problem and I couldn’t have been more wrong.Matt made a custom plan of action for me and gave me REALISTIC expectations and goals for my recovery. I loved my time at Team Iowa Physical Therapy! I was blessed to work with Kayli to address a hip issue I had been experiencing. Throughout my sessions with her, she listened to my concerns, answered questions, and was consistently supportive. Along with the work we did during appointments, Kali provided exercises and stretches I could do at home with equipment I had available. I came to appointments excited for our conversations and to make further progress. I also want to shout out Mitch who I got to work with periodically as well.
