“I dealt with lower back pain for years and felt like I had tried everything: massage, chiropractor, yoga, YouTube exercises, heat, TENS unit...you name it, with no lasting relief. I’m so glad a friend pointed me to Team Iowa. I worked with Paolo, who within 10 minutes of my first visit, pinpointed the issue and reassured me that it could be managed with the right stretches and exercises. Boy-oh-boy was he right. Over six weeks, he gradually built my program, increased the difficulty at the right pace, and answered my slew of questions. Of course, the investment and time outside of PT is necessary, but having someone guide you through, safely and comfortably, is paramount.
