“My overall experience at advanced eyecare was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, able to get through the paperwork and be seen immediately. The tech that did my exam was very friendly and handed me straight off to the optometrist, a optometrist who is very friendly knowledgeable in walking me through the difference between getting Dilated or having the pictures of my eyes taken. I also appreciate the gentleman upfront who helped me find frames and getting my contacts picked out and also found me a rebate. I love that I was not bombarded with 1 million different things just what was necessary for me and my eye care.“

“Fantastic experience as always. I am in the Eyecare industry and have been going to Axis for my routine exams the last couple of years. We had to bring our 5yr old in for her first exam today. Dr Sam, Kasey, Taylor and Thane were just great, as usual. My daughter had some trepidation about getting her eyes examined and everyone here took great care to keep her comfortable and happy. “I ordered a pair of no line bifocal. I just couldn't get used to them. I returned to the store in Coralville, Iowa and explained the problem. I said I wanted to send them back in to get regular bifocal. When I was notified the glasses had arrived, I went to the store and was served by two young ladies who adjusted the frames for a better fit to my face. When I asked how much I owed for the change in lenses, I was shocked to learn there was no charge. Great service!!!!“
