If I could give "Zero" stars I would. Terrible response times "after" the contracted work started. Ended up telling the owner to stop work until he cold come inspect the work that his team was doing as it had many issues. Sent the team away. The owner indicated he would return my money and told me "it was in the mail". Two weeks later, no check. He then told me there was a mixup at the office and he'd bring the check back personally the following Wednesday... Months later, I still do not have my money back and am trying to serve papers on the company. Finding out the address on the contracts he hands out is bogus.

Adrian, from Michel Cuevas Construction indicated the check for my deposit would be returned to me. This was over 2 weeks ago. I requested the return of the deposit because Adrian refused to return text messages, Phone calls, and also would not come to the house to see how his workers were building the porch incorrectly (i.e. not square, not enough overhang, cutting the board incorrectly, cutting 16' boards, needed for the 15 foot long section of the porch, down so they fit on the 10' section thereby requiring the use of additional 16' board).
