I scheduled a massage and prepaid. Arrived at my scheduled time, knocked on the door, and no answer. Knocked again, no answer. Got back in vehicle, called, and texted. No answer. Checked my email and the night before said she was pausing the business while relocating locally. Ok, I understand. However, I texted multiple times for a refund to no avail. I even received a response with an apology and a promise to refund. Been waiting over 4 months for a refund. I even said I would take a rescheduled appointment when back in business. Sent two texts and voicemail, still nothing. Crickets. I'm a generally understanding and patient person, but this is a ridiculous and VERY dishonest business model. Do NOT recommend!

What a great experience! Luna is so keyed into her client's needs. She made me feel comfortable right at the front door. Everything about her space will make you feel cozy and content. She's skilled at her craft, a great communicator every step of the way, and just a kind soul all around. Will definitely be back!

I have a chronic sore shoulder from computer work. She assessed my situation and developed a treatment plan and it has helped soooo much with the pain. Thank you!! Highly recommend.

Booked an appointment with Luna and cancelled way before the deadline bc of change of plans. Emailed her to request a refund as I had paid in advance- no answer. I went through my credit card company to contest the payment and apparently she tried to fight the company! Either a bad communicator or dishonest. Would not recommend.

An extremely kind and accommodating women, Luna is my favorite massage therapist! I've had multiple back surgeries and since then I haven't felt as good as a have after a massage from Luna
