I used the Great Clips app to register. When I entered thestore I was greeted by name - which shocked me. I was immediately seated in the chair. Was very happy with my haircut. Could not have been a better exoerience,

If you use the app you can see the wait time; it's a cheap cut and depending on the stylist, sometimes you get what you pay for...other times, it's a great value. Either way, it's just hair & it grows...Do NOT use your CC & ask them to help you add a tip (the stylist added a $10 tip for an $18 haircut)! Not going back!

Lady was polite, I was on the waiting time list, and when my turn came, I rushed to the salon. Lady cut my hair like I wanted. Will go again, because I want shorter for the summer ?
