Great Clips offers various hair care services such as haircuts, beard trims, bang trims, and shampooing. Staff members are polite and strive to deliver great results, with some clients experiencing excellent service. However, there have been instances where haircuts did not meet expectations. Despite this, many clients praise the salon's convenient evening and weekend hours, walk-in availability, and the option to check-in online to reduce wait times. Great Clips is a popular choice in the area, with some considering it the best option available.

I used the Great Clips app to register. When I entered thestore I was greeted by name - which shocked me. I was immediately seated in the chair. Was very happy with my haircut. Could not have been a better exoerience,
Lady was polite, I was on the waiting time list, and when my turn came, I rushed to the salon. Lady cut my hair like I wanted. Will go again, because I want shorter for the summer ?
