I didn't want to buy a new laptop, so I took my 7-year-old laptop to him to see what he could do with it. He replaced the battery, which I had no idea had become a ticking timebomb, reapplied the thermal paste on the CPU and GPU, and blew dust out, and my laptop is already functioning so much better. What can I say...that hasn't already been said? My 10 year old custom desk top computer needed an upgrade to Windows 11.
