Staff listened to me describe the issues, and worked extremely creatively with me to come up with solutions that solved the issues and preserved the features I wanted to retain. (Trust me- this was not a simple process!!). Everyone I worked with seemed genuinely committed to my being happy with the results as well as fixing the plumbing issues. The work was high quality, efficiently done, and they took time and care to answer questions, address concerns, and offer options. Plumbing issues are never pleasant, but I am really happy how everything was resolved.

We called Breese to install a new water heater in our basement. Marianne helped me out with scheduling on the phone, and Joe was there the next morning and had it done in an hour. The install went perfect, and when turning the house's water back on turned up a leak in a sink on the other side of the house, Joe helped us with that too at no extra charge! Very reasonable prices, and very responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a plumber!

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They responded incredibly fast — they came the very next day and replaced my broken water heater with a new one.
I especially want to thank Joe for his excellent service and professional skills. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I truly appreciate how smoothly everything went. I highly recommend them!

Expensive and not upfront about cost. Charged $333.90 to light a pilot light and ensure that water was already turned off after water pipes burst at my elderly mother's house. When the bill wasn't paid on his timeline, the owner Joe went to extreme lengths to track down court records and contact her attorneys to get paid. Poor communication skills, lack of professionalism, and terrible customer service. Please, please hire another plumbing company to do your project.

In July 2023 I had the displeasure of allowing a plumbing representative of Breese P&H come into my house for a simple pipe burst under my kitchen sink. It was a small leak & I had it contained with a couple of towels. The plumber showed up with a couple of wrenches, a rag, and a bucket. His name was Joe. He told me I needed a fitting replaced.... no problem.... I could see that it needed replacing and the PVC U pipe that went with it. He also told me my garbage disposal might have caused it & I should replace it. He had 2 disposals to choose from.... the elite model for $315 or the next best model for $275. I didn't bother to ask if my old disposal still worked okay, I accepted his recommendation. I chose the $275 disposal, which also sold for $139 for the very same model on Amazon. That's a 100% markup & doesn't include installation. As for the pipe fitting.... he needed a part & had to go back to the shop & get it.... which was a half hour of labor time charged to my bill. When he was done.... no clean up.... nothing. He even took time to try and discuss politics with me since I was watching the morning news. This bit of political philosophy was charged on my labor bill. I didn't want to hear his political views... I just wanted my leak fixed & for him to leave. I should've asked for a license or certification of plumbing from this Joe.... & I have a sinking feeling I should not have replaced my old disposal. I do not recommend this business or Joe to fix anything on my property ever again.

No matter how many times you call nobody returns your call which isn’t great. But the long weekend I ran into trouble I somehow got Mr Nelson on the emergency line. He came out to fix my water heater. I was so happy about that and this is why they get 4 stars. They only accept checks or cash which is a bummer. So if you need something done you have to see if someone will answer the phone between 8am and 1pm. Otherwise dial another plumber.
