Joe saved me on a Saturday this month when my door decided to lock itself when it never had before. He arrived within 20 minutes and had the door unlocked and tightened up in a few minutes.

I am going to give this business 5 stars for efficiency, effort, and a very quick response and success to my entry into my friends’ house, where I was spending a week while they were away. However, I want to tell the entire story. It left me feeling a bit anxious in the moment, and angry after the fact. Especially after reading these glowing customer service reviews here on google. And like I said, Joe was prompt and did the physical job to my satisfaction, but the rest of the exchange was not very comfortable. Wonderful service. Rekeyed 2 locks. Came same day in the evening, when no other locksmith was available. Did the work quickly and was extremely kind and professional. My dogs LOVED him. Would absolutely call again
