He can always answer any questions we may have about either tax returns or maybe whether it would be beneficial to cash in an annuity or something like that or the tax would be too high unless badly needed the money or something like that. We like in person attention as well as able to answer questions any time during the year when we may have one.

Scott has done my taxes the last couple of years and is very professional and easy to work with. This year I was able to upload my documents through a portal, and he sent my returns to sign back through the portal. It was all done virtually and was so easy! I got my refund right away! Scott is very knowledgeable and provides great customer service! I highly recommend him!
