I was a guest here over the holidays. It was so nice to go to a clean, quiet, well-equipped facility while on vacation! I went 4 times, used the treadmill, rowing machine, weights, and weight machines. Kept me from gaining 500 pounds from Christmas indulging! :-). I would join if I still lived in Indee.
Overall a very complete gym. The pool is an absolute boon in the winter, when grounding (earthing) is less appealing. I considered withholding a single star for the lack of a sauna, but I'm not that mean. A sauna, preferably low EMF, would easily make this the most complete gym around. If you seek a sauna, both the Civic Center and Iowa Strength have one :)
I have been visiting my husband at Lexington Estate twice a day for almost three months now. Only minor inconveniences during construction, well worth the effort to see the results shaping up into such a beautiful facility. In no way has this construction been a detriment to the long term residents there being cared for properly. Looking forward to a front entrance and parking but patient care is my priority and it is fantastic.
