I can’t say enough good things about Precision, they have fixed my furnace fan when a mouse got hung up. Then my a/c stopped running I called and left a message over the week end, with in a hour I had that fixed…..but then it stopped again……but called first thing this morning and once again they came right over and fixed another problem. My house is cool and for sure when I need a new unit they will be replacing! But for now THANK YOU to all the Precision employees you are my hero’s! And reviews are not something I usually do. Be proud people you all ROCK! ???

Our little doggie Millie is older & frail.
We were gone for two weeks with very limited access for contact and Millie went downhill only after a couple of days. Tracy reached out to our emergency contact to advise of the situation. When we were able to connect it was still touch & go, Tracy put the phone up to Millie so she could hear our voices.
With Tracy’s constant love & attention, Millie pulled through! There are so many special things Tracy & Virgil did for Millie to keep her comfortable for the remainder of her stay until we arrived. She would even send updates to our emergency contact.
After getting her back home, Tracy would reach out for updates on Millie who continues to thrive!
Her price for a haircut is reasonable. She does a wonderful job on cutting my hair. Highly recommend!!

Had my first appointment with Alexa today and she was awesome! Easy to talk to and listened to what I envisioned for my hair. She made thoughtful suggestions and I left feeling and looking amazing. She has a flexible schedule so I can get in to see her without taking time off work and that is refreshing! I'll definitely keep going back. Next time, I need to get some color going ?
We had Johnson Plumbing, Heating and Cooling replace our a/c unit and furnace. We originally had issues with our pervious a/c unit and furnace, and Adam helped us through the whole process and gave us options to pick from. Adam and his workers did a fantastic job with the repair! Our whole a/c and heater system works perfect and is more efficient than its ever been! I highly recommend contacting Adam for your plumbing, heating and cooling needs, you wont regret it!
Highly recommend Jared and Studio 21 Independence for portraits. Jared did a studio session for my son’s graduation portraits. Jared is a talented photographer and did a wonderful job capturing my son’s personality. We all had a great time from the consult, studio session to the delivery of portraits. My dog developed severe diarrhea that did not respond to at-home treatment, so I felt it was necessary for her to be evaluated by a veterinarian. I contacted the clinic I have always taken her to outside of Vinton, but they declined to see her. I even offered to drop her off for their convenience, but they still refused. Given that they identify as an animal hospital, I was surprised they would not accommodate an urgent situation for a long-standing client.
I then contacted Independence Veterinary Clinic, explained the situation, and was advised to bring her in immediately—despite the fact that they had never seen her before. The care my dog received was excellent. Dr. Natalie Stout was exceptional; she was thorough, compassionate, and made me feel completely at ease. I am truly grateful that she took the time to see us.
Although Independence is a bit of a drive for me, I will be bringing my animals to this clinic going forward.
Jim and his staff have been fantastic to work with as we went through my parent's estate. They were knowledgable, kind, patient, and empathetic.
