Kris was very helpful with the sale of our house. She knew all the steps that we needed to take to get everything in order and guided us along the way. The sale went as smoothly as could be expected. I would highly recommend her if you are thinking of selling your house.
I came from a small town and because I am getting older. I know that in my later years I will eventually need family help. I will need my family members to take care of me with doctor appointments and other things that I don't realize at this time.So I made the decision to move to Ames where it will be easier for them.
