One time I broke a nail the day after I got them done, and they happily redid it with no extra charge. Also the service is amazing! All the stylists remember me every time I come in, even if its been a few months. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating with requests for color, length, shape, etc. Also location is super convenient as a college student with no car.
