Europa provides both an expert level of cosmetology and personal care. Kelley has always provided a wonderful experience with great outcomes each time. I am still a client after over a year and will continue to return.

Mel was fantastic. This was my first time waxing so I was a bit nervous about the pain, but she was such a great conversationalist that it was easy to ignore. She also explains each and every step and why she's using what she uses. Any questions I had were thoroughly answered and aftercare instructions were clear. I haven't gotten a haircut here, but I can highly recommend this place for hair removal. Everyone else I spoke to is also nice and polite.
